Launching of Southern Sports Tournament

The Southern Division Community Policing Unit will host a sports tournament thanks to the support of the New Chinese Association and the People's Republic of China.

The tournament was officially launched by representatives of the Chinese Embassy including the New Chinese Community Association and the SD Community Policing Unit with the theme Integrated Policing approach to combat COVID 19 Pandemic through sports and Entrepreneurship.

With a $11,000 injection into the running of the tournament, Mr Wang Jian Guo said the Chinese Community will continue to support the tournament to empower youths through sports.

The tournament will consist of Youth groups within the Southern Division and will be held on the 3rd of October.
