Change of Guard ceremony

The change of guard ceremony between the Fiji Police Force and Republic of Fiji Military Forces took place today with full ceremonies accorded after a lapse of four months due to COVID-19.

When COVID-19 hit Fiji and the greater Suva area going into lockdown, the change of guard Ceremony was still being conducted although low key and without the usual march and ceremonies held publicly.

Today the city of Suva witnessed the marching of the RFMF guards and Band towards Government State House where the Fiji Police Force handed over ceremonial guard duty at the presidential premises.
