Alleged Malicious Act

The 47year old businesswoman who allegedly posted on social media regarding the closure of a boarding school and other information which was proven false has been charged.

The accused has been charged with one count of Malicious Act - Section 15 (a) of the Public Order Act.

She will be produced at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
