ALLEGED RAPE

A 57year old labourer is under investigation for an alleged case of rape reported at the Ba Police Station involving his 4year old step-granddaughter.

The incident allegedly occurred several times earlier this week at a cane field near the victim’s home.

The victim relayed the alleged incident to her mother whereby a report was lodged.

The victim is currently admitted at the Lautoka Hospital as investigations continue.
