COVID-19 RELEASE (41)

Nineteen (19) arrests were made last night for breach of curfew with the Northern Division recording twelve (12) cases.

The Western Division recorded five (5) cases while South recorded two (2) cases.

East and Central both recorded nil cases.

It is commendable that there were nil reports of social gathering in the last 24hours, however as we begin another new week, we hope that the high number of arrests made in relation to sporting activities last week will not be repeated this week.

We reiterate the Hon. Prime Minister's reminder that everyone should act as if COVID- 19 is around.
