Strengthening Leadership Capabilities

The Deputy Divisional Commander East (DDPC/East) Superintendent of Police (SP) Kemueli Baledrokadroka while closing the Station Sergeant/Station Officers Workshop earlier this week, reiterated the importance of strengthening leadership capabilities at all levels.

SP Baledrokadroka said, “The workshop is designed to improve the standard of service delivery in accordance with the Acting Commissioner’s intent on providing more empowerment programs for frontline officers as leadership needed to be strengthened at all levels”.

“After undergoing this training, the organisations expectations on your ability to display sound management and leadership skills will increase".

The workshop was facilitated by the Fiji Police Academy School of Leadership and Management.
