Former Suva Lawyer Arrested after Police Raid

A former Suva lawyer was arrested last night following a raid which resulted in the seizure of clear zip lock plastics containing white crystal substances believed to be methamphetamine.

The raid was conducted at the suspect's home in Raiwai.

The seized substance has been sent for analysis as investigations continue. The 69 year old suspect remains in custody at the Raiwaqa Police Station.
