PC NICHOLAS VEREDALI –BATON OF HONOUR


Meet PC 7693 Nicholas Veredali who hails from the Garden Island of Fiji.

PC Veredali who is the eldest in a family of two received the Baton of Honor Award from the Minister for Defense, National Policing and Security Honorable Inia Seruiratu during the passing out Parade of One Hundred and Eighty Four newly recruited officers yesterday.

The Baton of Honor is awarded to the officer who was outstanding in all indoor and outdoor activities as well as the theoretical and practical assessments of the course.

The Vuna lad with maternal links to Burebasaga in Rewa is no stranger to the discipline Force as he was also a former military cadet trainee in 2018.

The 24-year old officer vividly remembers the struggles and sacrifices made by his mother following the passing of his father when he was ten years old, adding he hard work and sacrifice has enabled him to achieve his goals in life.

Being a former student of Nadi Muslim Primary as well as Nadi Muslim College and Korovuto College, PC Veredali says he is blessed to be given the opportunity to serve as a member of the Fiji Police Foce and is looking forward to serving Fiji and its people.

PC Veredali says he will never forget his humble beginnings and urges everyone to never forget where they started in life, as humility will take you far.

He dedicated his award to his mum and his wife.
