Police evacuate 53 year old

Police Officers in Rakiraki evacuating 53 year old Venina Nailubu and her two grandchildren from rising waters in Qalema Settlement.

Ms Nailubu who is partly disable was at home when flood waters started to rise and she called Police for assistance.

They are now safely sheltered at the CMF Church which is the closest Evacuation Center in the area hoping to return home, as soon as it's safe.
