Public Health Infringement Notice


Of the forty-six Public Health Infringement Notices (PHINs) issued over the last 24-hour period, nine were for contact sports.

Nine youths were issued PHINS as they were found playing touch rugby in Ba yesterday.

The Western Division recorded the highest number of cases with 36 notices issued.

Twenty two PHINs were issued for social gathering, 9 for contact sports and 5 for breach of curfew.

The Southern Division recorded 4 cases.

Two PHINs were issued from social gathering and 2 for failure to wear a mask.

One PHIN was issued in the Central Division recorded for breach of curfew.
