Community Engagement

As the current Inspector Course participants round up their four weeks of training before graduating early next month, an important component of their training is strengthening Community Policing efforts which was conducted yesterday in the Nasinu area.

This included Wakanisila, Tovata , Naiyalayala, Delainasoqo, Kapenaumi, Naibulivatu, and Delana settlement.

Community Engagement is an important component of their training.

The officers conducted talanoa sessions, creating awareness on drugs, sexual offenses and domestic violence to name a few.

There are 57 officers undergoing the Inspectors Course.
