Customer Service Workshop training

Members of the Fiji Police Force are currently undergoing Customer Service Training in their respective areas of Operation in all the Divisions.

The training is being conducted by trainers from within their Stations and departments who had undergone training of trainers last week.

A set of officers will undergo five days of customer service this week exchanging ideas on the issue and how best they can win the hearts and souls of their customers. 

Another new set will be on five days of training next week and this will continue until the end of March 2021ensuring that all members of the Fiji Police Force have learned how to improve their Customer Service.

This is the intention of the Acting Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu in an effort to improve Customer Service delivery.
