2022 Police Women’s Inter-formation tournament

The Fiji Police Service Women’s Inter-formation Volleyball and Netball Tournament got underway at the Police Special Response Unit in Nasinu this morning.

Opening the two day tournament was the Chief Administration Officer Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Aporosa Lutunauga who said, “Last year, a scaled down tournament meant we could not enjoy the same level of competition and build-ups, but this did not extinguish our fighting spirits as we took out top honours”.

“However we cannot afford to dwell too much on the past, and our focus should now be on the task ahead, and that is to secure a clean sweep for the Ratu Sukuna Women’s Netball and Volleyball tournaments”.

At the end of the two day tournament, officers will be selected for the 2022 Fiji Police Women’s Netball and Volleyball squads.
