Escort Dry Run

Members of the public are advised that Police officers will be conducting a dry run of escorting duties this afternoon along the main Kings Highway from the Nausori Airport to the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva after 5pm this afternoon.

We reiterate that there won't be any road closures, but do advise that motorists may be inconvenienced for a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes just to allow Police officers to facilitate the exercise.

The main highway will not be closed, but motorists are being asked to cooperate with Police when this exercise is being conducted.

Motorists from side roads will be asked to wait for a few minutes, and once the motorcade passes Police officers will allow for normal flow of traffic.
