Winning Trophy Presentation

The Police Blue Rugby Sevens Team presented the 4th Mobile Seven Series winning Trophy to the Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho this morning.

President of the Police Rugby Team Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Meli Sateki said it was a historic achievement for the organization.

SSP Sateki thanked the Commissioner for his support as it resulted in the naming of 3 Police Officers in the Fiji 7s team for the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series in Dubai.

The three are Police Constable (PC) Waisea Nacuqu, PC Joseva Talacolo and PC Terio Tamani.

The Commissioner of Police acknowledged the team's efforts and for the victory and wished the players well for Dubai.
