Man charged for Murder

A man in his 40s has been charged with one count of murder for allegedly causing the death of his de-facto wife.

The accused allegedly committed the offence on the 24th of October in their home at Nanuku Settlement, Vatuwaqa.

He allegedly stabbed the victim who was in her 20s, causing her serious injuries, resulting in her death.

The accused will be produced at the Suva Magistrates Court today.
