Two officers welcomed after completing their assigned duties in PNG

The Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho this morning welcomed Woman Sergeant Virisila Rogers and Inspector Simione Tamanisau after they had successfully completed their assigned duty with the Bougainville Referendum Regional Police Support Mission in Papua New Guinea.

The two officers were selected to be part of the mission in October.

The Commissioner commended their efforts and contributions to the overall success of the joint operation and in ensuring Fiji’s flag continued to fly proudly in such international joint operations .
