Police Cricket wins Sukuna Cricket Match

The Ratu Sukuna Kaukauwa Cricket trophy is now at its new home at the Fiji Police Headquarters.

The Fiji Police Cricket team has for the last 11 years tried to win the Kaukauwa trophy from the Republic of Fiji Military Forces with 2020 proving to be Police's lucky year.

RFMF won the Toss and elected to take the field and Police were all out for 187 runs in 40 overs.

Police managed to keep the men in green at bay as Army were all out for 110 runs in 38 overs, securing the men in blue their first win after 11years.

The Acting Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu said the win marked a good start for the institution's 2020 Ratu Sukuna campaign.
