Twenty-five police officers completed the Field Investigation Course level 1 at the Fiji Police Academy in Nasova on Friday.
Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Crime (ACP/C) Loraine Seru, acknowledged the participant's dedication throughout the training.
She also acknowledged the significant contributions of the Academy staffs and key stakeholders, including the University of the South Pacific and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP).
A/ACP Seru emphasised on the importance of applying the knowledge acquired from the course to the investigation work they will be involve in at various stations.
Participants were also reminded to be proactive in ensuring the timely submission of court files as it is essential in preventing cases from being dismissed.
