The three-days Kida B4 U Click Training the Trainers Workshop at Lagoon Resort in Deuba was officiated by the Director of Community Policing, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Salanieta Radaniva.
The workshop is aimed at equipting trainers with knowledge to raise awareness about human trafficking at community level.
It is also a chance for Fiji Police officers to learn about the current Cybercrime issues and its impact in our communities.
SSP Radaniva emphasised police role in educating the public and highlighted the need for officers to apply this training in their community policing efforts.
The Kida B4 U Click campaign is an initiative by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in partnership with the Fiji Police Force, with participants from Homes of Hope Fiji and Fiji Police officers.
