WESTERN OFFICERS FORMAL DINNER

Never forget the junior officers and those who are working hard to support you as leaders.

This was the message relayed by the Acting Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu at the first Western Division senior officers Cadre Formal dinner held at the Tanoa Waterfront Hotel Lautoka earlier this week.

The Formal dinner is the first of its kind to be held in the Western Division and included senior officers from Keiyasi to Rakiraki.

The Acting Commissioner said it was important as leaders to work together. "

We need to be united in the execution of our duties because as leaders when we are working with one intent it will resonate down to the junior ranks".

"We're facing a number of challenges but we can overcome them by remaining true to our calling and making sure that as leaders, those we lead are constantly reminded of that if we are to get through these situations".
