“There are several programs under PCLEC which Fiji is spearheading in terms of participation and its contribution towards training efforts in the Pacific region and having a Unit specifically dedicated to supporting efforts is again a testament of how much we value training and our show of support for our fellow Pacific Law enforcement partners.”

The Director International Relations Senior Superintendent of Police, Ulaiasi Ravula will oversee the operations of the PCLEC Fiji Chapter with the assistance of three Senior Women officers namely Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Amelia Rokotuivuna, ASP Aseri Nakibo, and ASP Helen Susie who were seconded to the PCLEC Delivery Coordination team The seconded officers were to be based at the AFP’s Headquarter in Canberra but due to travel restrictions brought about by COVID 19, work began in earnest to set up the PCLEC Fiji Chapter to ensure the initiatives under the PCLEC umbrella continued to roll out as planned.
