Seven people are in custody following joint raids conducted in the Central and Southern Divisions, by the Fiji Police Force's Serious Organised Crime & Intelligence Department (SOCID), Fiji Detector Dog Unit (FDDU), Police Mobile Force (PMF) and Fiji Immigration Department on Tuesday 23rd September, 2025. In custody is a Fijian national and six foreign nationals. Seized from the raids conducted in Flagstaff and Rewa Street were white substances, confirmed to be methamphetamine following analysis conducted by the Fiji Police Forensics Science Services. Also seized were local and foreign currencies believed to be proceeds of crime. The suspects continue to be questioned as investigations continue.
