Man charged for alleged theft

A man in his 40s will be produced at the Suva Magistrates Court charged with the alleged theft of $10,000.

The accused is alleged to have during the month of May 2024 stole $10,000 that was to be used to purchase of vehicle for an individual residing overseas.

The accused has been charged with one count of theft and one count of possession of property suspected of being proceeds of crime.
