Two men aged 31 and 24 years were arrested and charged by Totogo Police for their alleged involvement in an aggravated robbery case where $20,000 was stolen in Toorak last month.
The two had allegedly grabbed the box containing the earnings for a shipping service company from a 59-year-old man on the afternoon of the 30th of May 2024, and fled the scene in a car.
Both accused were charged with one count Aggravated Robbery each and produced at the Suva Magistrates Court on the 17th of June 2024.
The two were remanded, and their case transferred to the Suva High Court where it will be called on the 1st of July 2024.
