AIPM assists Officers

A team from the Australian Institute of Police Management [AIPM] led by the Pacific Faculty of Policing Director Programs Mr Rod Smith conducted follow up sessions for the four cohorts of officers enrolled under the AIPM graduate certificate program at the Australian High Commission in Suva.

Various programs have been delivered by the AIPM team including Foundations of Strategic Management Assignment 1 and 2 , Contemporary Issues in Policing –Recognition of Prior Learning and AIPM graduate Certificate Program.

Mr Smith said the sessions were an opportunity to sit down with participants and help them with their studies.

"We will continue to work with them through email following this session and our expectation is that we will be back here soon, say after three months,check in with them again".

"Some are just commencing with their journey and starting their projects while few others are on the verge of completing theirs".

The AIPM Graduate certificate program is a 12month organizational commitment to education and leadership development.
