Charged

A 20-year old man will be produced at the Ba Magistrates Court today charged with the alleged murder of a 54-year old man last week.

The accused is alleged to have assaulted the victim who is originally from Bilolo, Ba on the night of the 14th of September.

The victim was with his family when the accused who was allegedly heavily intoxicated started shouting and swearing at the victim and his family.

The victim then confronted the accused whereby he was allegedly assaulted.

He was conveyed to the Ba Mission Hospital where he later passed away.

The accused will be produced in Court today.
