Donation by Protective Services to Police

Nalawa Police Station received a new solar panel generator on Thursday (17/06/2021) kindly donated by Mr. Vijay Singh, Managing Director of Victory Protective Services PTE LTD.

Mr Singh stated that he choose Nalawa Police Station due to its location.

“Nalawa Police Station is located in a very critical area and also covers as somehow the eastern border and stop over point for many travellers using the kings Road.

Looking at the vast area of operation and the demand from the community, I opted to assist Nalawa Officers,” said Mr Singh.

Divisional Police Commander West (DPC/W) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Pita Keni said the generous contribution will enhance the morale of our officers deployed in the area.

“This new generator will assist Nalawa Police Station during this pandemic operations and it will be a backup for providing power during any blackout especially during natural disasters,” said SSP Pita.
