Couple Charged

A Suva couple have been charged on a joint count of theft. It is alleged that on Saturday morning , the 43-year-old man picked two iPhones from a bag of a diplomat in a Supermarket and passed it on to his wife.

Totogo Police managed to arrest the couple yesterday from Nadera after viewing the footage from the supermarket’s CCTV.

Both have been charged with a count each of Theft and will be appearing at the Suva Magistrate Court tomorrow.
