Customer Service Workshop in the West

Members of the Fiji Police Force in the Western Division are currently undergoing a weeklong Customer Service Training in their respective Stations.

Divisional Police Commander, West (DPC/W) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sami Surend while officiating the opening this morning said despite a hectic weekend of Operations participants needed to refocus on achieving the Acting Commissioner's intent of improving customer service.

SSP Surend said the organization through this training will hope to rid the stigma associated with Police and poor service delivery.

The officers will undergo five days of customer service training exchanging ideas on how they can win the hearts and support of the people they serve.
