Curfew Advisory

The Fiji Police Force is urging members of the public to continue to liaise with their nearest Police Station or Divisional Command Centers if they need any form of assistance even though curfew hours have been reverted back to the normal hours of 11pm to 4am as announced by the National Disaster Management Office this afternoon.

The Acting Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu says while the curfew hours have reverted back to 11pm to 4am, Fijians should not hesitate to call Police if in need of urgent assistance at any time of the day.

People are advised to monitor the news and continue to prepare for Tropical Cyclone Ana and take all necessary safety precautions especially as some parts of the country experience periods of flash flooding.
