TC YASA OPS CONTINUE

Members of the Fiji Police Force who were on duty around the Suva and Nausori corridor last night were reminded of the important role they play especially during natural disaster.

Fiji Police Force Chief Operations Officer, Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Abdul Khan this morning took time out to thank officers on duty last night.

ACP Khan reminded the officers that their role doesn’t change and they will continue to provide safety and security for all Fijians during any circumstances.

“Rest well, secure your families and know that tonight is another night where you will be awake keeping your family and the rest of the communities safe,” said ACP Khan.

The team were reminded to thank their individual families for having the courage to be without them last night during the passing Tropical Cyclone Yasa.

Police Operations all over the country continues today.
