Police Special Response Unit Parade

Officers based at the Police Special Response Unit held their Parade this morning ahead of the busy festive season.

Commanding Officer SSP Livai Driu reminded the officers to appreciate the fact that they had employment.

"We have seen how some officers have lost their job due to ill-discipline and their failure to uphold the integrity of the police uniform".

"Whether you’re manning the Mobile Command Post or deployed to one of the many drug operations that is showing no signs of slowing down because of the momentum on the war on drugs – we need to support each other and make sure no one falls on the wrong side of the law".
