Two arrested for aggravated robbery

Two men were arrested for their alleged involvement in an aggravated robbery case in Nadi last night.

A report of the alleged incident was received at the Nadi Police Station, stating two men had assaulted a man in his 60s, before fleeing in is vehicle.

The victim’s vehicle was later found abandoned at a car park in Narewa in Nadi.

Officers were able to shortly after discovering the vehicle, arrest the two suspects at around 10pm where recoveries were also made.

The two remain in custody as investigations continue.
