SP Morton visit Officers

Amid the festivities, the Australian Federal Police (AFP) Senior Liaision Officer Detective Superintendent Adrian Morton and his family felt a deep sense of duty and connection to officers serving in the frontline.

SP Morton continued their annual family tradition of visiting their vuvale policing partners serving on the frontline, sharing the joy and festivities, as a means of showing their support to their comrades.

They visited officers in the Central Division to express gratitude and solidarity to the men and women of the Fiji Police Force serving on the frontline.

For the Morton family, spreading joy to those who serve on the frontlines, ensuring safety and peace is their way of celebrating Christmas.

The Fiji and Australia Vuvale partnership, deeply rooted in Fijian culture, signifies a bond beyond just professional ties.

It emphasizes mutual respect, shared values, and a commitment to collaboration.

Under the 'Solesolevaki' partnership, the Fiji Police Force and the AFP work hand in hand, exchanging knowledge, resources, and support to combat transnational crime and promote regional security.

As the festive season drew to a close, SP Morton reflected on their journey as it wasn't just about spreading joy but also about fostering relationships, understanding different policing cultures, and reaffirming the commitment to serve and protect in Fiji.
