Ba Police Soccer Trophy Handover

The Ba Police Football Club today handed over the Digicel Fiji National Regional Club Championship Trophy to Divisional Police Commander, West (DPC/W) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Iakobo Vaisewa.

The Ba Police side defeated the ER PVC Supplies Greenstars Football Club of Nadroga during the tournament’s final on the 17th December, 2023 at the Fiji Football Academy Grounds in Vatuwaqa, Suva.

Handing over their clubs achievements today was the Officer in Charge of Ba Policing District (OCPD/Ba) Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Mohammed Riyaz.

SSP Iakobo thanked ASP Riyaz and conveyed his appreciation to the team for the good sportsmanship shown and for winning the title for the very first time.

The Divisional Police Commander said he is proud of the team’s achievement and he expects bigger and better things from them come 2024.
