The Fiji Revenue and Custorms Service Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Malakai Naiyaga yesterday visited the Acting Police Commissioner, Juki Fong Chew.

The two acting heads discussed the way forward for both organizations and have agreed to work together in solving a few issues.

The Acting Commissioner has welcome the idea and has agreed to hold future meetings which will also include a few of his directors.

Mr Naiyaga acknowledged the support by Police on the current Fiji Dog Detector Unit (FDDU) which involves the K9s.

Mr Naiyaga was accompanied by Mr Winston Rounds, the Manager for Border Enforcement Operations.

With potential development projects around the country expected in the coming months, the two acting heads believes that partnership will be their best way forward.
