Thirty (30) officers based at the Fiji Police Forensic Science Services received awards for excelling in the conduct of their respective duties during the last financial year.
The Assistant Commissioner, Internal Affairs and Professional Standards ACP Sakeo Ganivatu officiate the awards ceremony and acknowledged the work carried out by the Forensic Department.
“I wish to thank you all for your services last year and I understand the work you do, as once I used to be a CSI Officer myself.
You are an important part of the organization and the Command values your contribution, and today you will be awarded accordingly for your efforts”, he said.
“Whilst we are into a new financial year with new challenges, I encourage you all to continue developing yourself. Develop yourselves spiritually and mentally for the work ahead and don’t stay in your comfort zone. Socialize and share your knowledge, and lastly keep healthy and fit”.
