Solesolevaki Agreement

The Vuvale partnership between the Fiji Police Force and the Australian Federal Police continues to strengthen under the mutual understanding that we are safer together.

The spirit of the Solesolevaki Agreement between the two organisations has seen the continued support of capability development for the FPF.

But as the AFP Senior Liaison Officer (Pacific) Superintendent Adrian Morton said, the partnership benefits not only the two countries but the Pacific region.

SP Morton said the AFP’s commitment in assisting their Fijian comrades is also a show of gratitude for supporting AFP's work in the region.

The Acting Commissioner of Police Juki Fong Chew said the Solesolevaki Agreement that exists between the FPF and AFP to address security vulnerabilities benefits not only the two countries, but the Pacific region, and is a partnership that will benefit many generations to come.
