Lautoka Methodist School Prefects Induction Ceremony

Congratulations to the newly inducted Prefects of Lautoka Methodist School.

Thank you for invitation for the Divisional Police Commander West (DPC/West) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Iakobo Vaisewa and officers based at the Lautoka Police Station to mark the auspicious occasion with you all.

SSP Vaisewa utilized the opportunity to reiterate an important message to Fiji’s future generation.

“If you want to be successful in life, self-discipline is key. Every decision you make, has consequences”.

His message to the newly appointed prefects, “As custodians of your school laws you will face situations where you will have to put aside your friendships in order to fulfil your duty as a prefect.

Be firm with your decision making.

Be fair and be willing to learn and be corrected, and most importantly, be humble”.
