Clean up campaign at Valelevu Hart Community

Fiji Police Force Department of Registry and Records took time out to clean-up Valelevu Hart Community this past Wednesday (22/02/23).

Manager for Registry and Records Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Devika Narayan led her staffs from the department cleaning and assisting the staffs of the home.

ASP Devika first discovered about the hart after she assisted one of the elderly residents with her groceries last Saturday.

“She was waiting for a cab and I offered to assist her. She informed me that she was from Valelevu Hart Community and then guided me over there. After I help her carry her groceries to her home, I felt like doing more and we came up with this initiative,” said ASP Devika.

A total of 22 senior residents reside at the hart and they were delighted to meet the 25 staffs from the Fiji Police Force Headquarters.

Valelevu Hart Community Matron, Sereima Rabi acknowledged the officers for the visit and praised them for taking time out to acknowledge their senior residents.
