ASP PILLAY AT UNMISS

Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Vidya Pillay whilst serving in the United Nations Mission in South Sudan has been sharing his knowledge and experience of Duavata Community Policing with his comrades.

ASP Pillay who is no stranger to Community Policing, having served in the Northern Division Community Policing Unit prior to his United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) deployment in April 2022, said sharing his knowledge of community policing has assisted local law enforcement efforts in building confidence and trust amongst the business communities in Juba, South Sudan.
