Another online scam has surfaced promising large sums of money if you give your phone number and other personal information.

The Cybercrime Unit is again advising members of the public to refrain from giving out personal information or one time passwords (OTP) for money transfer apps such as MPAISA or MyCash.

Your hard earned money can be lost in a matter of seconds.
