Case of Interest

A woman has died while the search continues for two young children after they were swept away by strong current whilst fishing in the Korociri River this afternoon.

The alleged incident occurred after 1 pm today.

The 59-year-old victim's body was recovered a few meters from where they were last seen, while the search for the two children aged 8 and 7 continues.
