Quick Response result in Arrest

Quick action by the Southern Division Operations team resulted in the arrest of two men for their alleged involvement in an aggravated robbery case in Raiwaqa this morning after 9am.

Chief Operations Officer Acting Assistant Commissioner of Police Livai Driu said the incident occurred at Derrick Street, where a taxi driver was allegedly robbed by the two youths aged 18 and 19 years old.

A/ACP Driu said coordinated efforts by the Southern Division Operations team led to the arrest of the two suspects where they were taken into custody.

Investigations continue.
