Police search for abandoned newborn's mother

We request information that could help us locate the mother of a new born baby boy who was found abandoned at a bus stop near Cautata Village this morning.

The baby was found wrapped in a white bed sheet by a passerby. The child is in good health and is being looked after by health officials at the Nausori Hospital.

Investigators are also conducting house to house enquiries.
