The 2021 FMF Foods Limited Ratu Sukuna Challenge between the Fiji Police Force and the Republic of Fiji Military Forces was issued today at the Nasova Police grounds.
The theme for this year's tournament is Together We Can, signifying the partnership between the RFMF and FPF in working together during the pandemic.
The theme is also a tribute to all Fijians and those who have supported Fiji's COVID-19 battle.
Issuing the challenge on behalf of the RFMF was Commanding Officer 3FIR, Lieutenant-Colonel (LT-COL) Penioni Naliva who said they were looking forward to putting smiles on their families faces by winning this year's tournament.
Meanwhile the Fiji Police's Commanding Officer of the Special Response Unit Senior Superintendent of Police Livai Driu said as defending champions, the Ratu Sukuna Tanoa is resting in its rightful place and will return to Nasova on the eve of the 17th of December.
The main rugby challenge will be held on the 17th of December at the ANZ Suva and aired live on FBC Sports.
Overseas viewers will be able to watch the match as well for $10USD on the FBC Pop Up pay per view channel.
