Leadership Fiji Program


Members of the Leadership Fiji Program had the opportunity to directly discuss matters pertaining to Law and Order with the heads of Fiji’s three disciplined forces.

The Law and Order session was hosted by the Fiji Police Force at its Academy in Nasova where the Commander of the Republic of Fiji Military Forces (RFMF) Major-General Jone Kalouniwai, Commissioner of Police Brigadier General Sitiveni Qiliho and Fiji Corrections Service Commissioner Commander Francis Kean were panelists.

The Law and Order session gave the participants the opportunity to discuss security matters pertaining to institutional mandates, current and emerging challenges, training and leadership development.

The Leadership Fiji initiative is aimed at specifically assisting emerging leaders cope with demands of the ever-changing world and enable interaction with leaders from across Fiji’s society to help deepen their understanding of the operations of various fields from the private sector, non-governmental organisations, government ministries, youth and faith based organisations.
