Nadi Police Plants Hope

Nadi Police personals planted 44 trees as part of their community work at St Mina Children’s Home yesterday (Wednesday 11th December, 2019).

While many people spend their afternoon with their families, Nadi Police personals were cleaning up the home and spending time with the children.

The Home which shelters 23 children is located at Legalega, Nadi.

Officer in Charge of Nadi Police Station (OCPD/Nadi) Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Esira Bari told his team that the task they had carried out was priceless.

“You have planted hope within them and as time passes, they will be reminded of the joy you have bought them today and hopefully it will give them the strength to achieve their dreams,” said ASP Bari.

OCPD/Nadi told his team that the good deed they had done will have an everlasting impact on the children and this was their best way to spread the festive season spirit.
