Today (Monday 9th June 2025), the Commissioner of Police Rusiate Tudravu officiated the opening of the Crime Intelligence Course for cohort 1/25.
The course is being held at the Fiji Police Academy and facilitated by the Australian Federal Police.
Addressing the 22 participants this morning, he emphasised on the credibility of their sources and to be aware of the criminal landscape. He urged the officers to expand their knowledge beyond the scope of policing and to learn as much as they can from the AFP.
He thanked the ongoing commitment and support of the AFP through various forms of police cooperation, urging the officers to be innovative in understanding criminal groups.
